She always comes prepared to meetings, is responsive in her communication and keeps me updated on progress without needing to be chased. She is proactive about flagging anything that needs attention and manages expectations well.

Lisa-Marie is friendly, personable and professional. She is patient, calm and completely non-judgemental when faced with the inevitable chaos that can sometimes come with running a busy business! Rather than being overwhelmed by it, she simply gets stuck in, helps bring  order to things and works through what needs to be done.

Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. She is adaptable, approachable and genuinely wants to help, while still maintaining a professional and reliable approach to her work.
